Important Notice: Your appointments are very important to us here at The Wax Lounge Ltd hence why it is specially reserved for you.

It is our Company Policy to charge 50% of the value of your treatment as a non-refundable booking fee which is deducted from the cost of your treatment and we require a 48 hours notice for changes and cancellations.

We do of course understand that unavoidable issues come up very occasionally therefore, we require at least 48 hours notice.

If this amount of notice is not given, a full non-refundable cancellation fee will automatically apply and this also applies to pre-paid courses and vouchers which will be forfeited.

If you cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours notice, we will happily re-arrange your appointment where possible.
All changes and cancellations with less than 48hrs notice will result to the loss of your booking fee as well as incur the full appointment fee. This is due to us being unable to re allocate appointment times at short notice to other clients.

If correct notice is given you may transfer your booking to another appointment or request for a full refund. We do, of course understand that unavoidable issues come up very occasionally and we will do our best to work with you in case of a genuine emergency.

For your convenience, we accept cash and all major debit and credit cards.
